Richard Taylor Photography
“A very intelligent balance between traditional and digital processes.” David Hendly, St Martins College of Art & Design, London
Very flattering, and whilst the majority of my photography is based on the craft of traditional film and chemical photography, high grade digital is also essential in order to undertake many modern commissions.
Both disciplines have been used in the comprehensive task of recording the Folkestone Seafront and Harbour development since 2013 and also in person at 63 The Old High Street; where the finest in quality photo, digital and chemical prints are always available.
Although selective in the nature of the work, much of my energy is devoted to inspiring others; giving a fuller experience of the craft to people of all ages, preferably by using the best and most involving medium ever, Film!
