Executive & Project Assistant 

Salary: £32,124 per annum
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week

The Executive and Project Assistant will support the delivery of a better run organisation. They will improve the governance through supporting the Chief Executive, Board, sub-committees, ad hoc committees, project teams and senior management team of the organisation by taking meeting minutes, collating and preparing documents, preparing correspondence, managing the Chief Executive’s diary as well as carrying out specific projects and research. They will work with the Chief Operating Officer to ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and deliver the day-to-day HR function.

Box Office Supervisor
Salary: £23,650 per annum
Hours: Full-time. 35 hours per week - generally 9.30am - 5.30pm Tuesday – Friday, with occasional evening and weekend working.


The primary duties of this role are the management and supervision of the daily operations of the box office, with occasional duty management of our daytime and late-night events. The Box Office Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the Box Office/ back office and foyer area, facilitating ticket sales, building events and festivals on our ticketing system and website, training Visitor Experience Assistants on box office functions, and providing excellent customer service to all.

Assistant to the Head of Curatorial (Fixed Term 11 Months) 

Salary: £24,940 (£14,964 pro rata)
Hours: 3 days a week 9-5pm (one hour unpaid for lunch). The days and hours will vary, it will include some evening and weekend work.

The main purpose of the role is to assist the Head of Curatorial with the administration and all other duties that are required for the successful day-to-day management of the Creative Folkestone Triennial 2025. Duties will vary as the stages of the Triennial change from the preparation to the opening and then the closing of the event.

Duty Manager (Casual)
Wage: £14.50
Hours: Casual Zero Hours

The primary duties of this role are duty managing a variety of events, taking place during the day and during the late evening. This involves managing the Visitor Experience and bar staff team, liaising with artists and promoters on the night, and overseeing health and safety in collaboration with our security team and setting up the auditorium/ foyer in preparation for an event.

Casual Visitor Experience Assistant
Wage: £11.44
Hours: Casual Zero Hours

As a Visitor Experience Team Member, you will work across various events and activities in our venue Quarterhouse. We are looking for confident individuals who can help us deliver brilliant experiences for all customers and audiences. The working hours will be a majority of early evening and late nights and some daytime shifts during the week and at weekends.
