Young school Leaders from around East Kent met, shared creative ideas and worked together yesterday at Quarterhouse. The day kicked off with young leaders from Brockhill teaching everyone how to make Origami flowers.
Then, Pupils from the Creative Foundation partnership, Hythe Bay and pupils from Turner Contemporary partnership, Goddington primary, shared their project work and collaborated to create short, imaginative stories using just 3 objects.
Young leaders mingled with a variety of artists throughout the day and came up with imaginative, probing questions. Lastly, they wrote wishes for creative projects for their own schools on their Origami flowers and promises on sticks and scattered these in the nearby Payers Park.
