We are thrilled to announce that Folkestone Creative Quarter will be running a pop-up shop at Bluewater!
The Creative Foundation has been given the amazing opportunity to run a pop-up shop at Bluewater shopping centre from Wednesday 1 April – Sunday 10 May to showcase some of the fantastic artists and makers in the Creative Quarter.
The Folkestone Creative Quarter is renowned for its breadth and wealth of talent with independent creatives living and working in the area. We are incredibly excited to have this chance to promote their work, the Creative Quarter and Folkestone as a whole! With Bluewater attracting 28 million visitors per year we are positive that this endeavour will further secure Folkestone as one of Kent's most important creative hubs. As well as showcasing over 100 works from 26 of our artists, we will also be running weekend family workshops and promoting the benefits of visiting, working and living in Folkestone's Creative Quarter.
We encourage you to drop in to Bluewater's Creative Quarter, it is a great chance to view and purchase our amazing artists' work and obviously do a little bit of shopping in Britain's 4th largest shopping centre!
We are based on the upper level of the Rose Gallery opposite Marks & Spencer.
Opening times are 10:30am - 6pm Monday - Saturday and 11am - 5pm on Sundays.
