Folkestone Museum, 1 - 2 Guildhall Street
Thursday 22 March, 6pm
Artist and curator Karen Pamplin Browne is fascinated by collections and collecting and her ongoing project, Kent Collects, explores these themes.
Karen has been given privileged access to the private collections of the people of Kent, which she has documented through photography. The exhibition includes this archive of photographs, examples of objects loaned from private collections, artworks by guest artists who respond to collections in their work, and the visitor-curated Found in Folkestone beach hut museum.
