Sassoon Gallery, Folkestone Library, Grace Hill
Thu 22 Nov - Sun 16 Dec
Contemporary photography, archaeology, history and art will be brought together this November at an exhibition hosted by Canterbury Christ Church University for their community heritage project, Finding Eanswythe: the life and afterlife of an Anglo-Saxon saint.
The exhibition promises insight into the life of our town’s patron saint, Eanswythe, a 7th Century Anglo-Saxon princess, whose life and miracles are a rich cultural legacy that the exhibition will explore. If you would like to help organise and invigilate the exhibition, contact hello@findingeanswythe.uk by Monday 5 November.
