Located on the first floor of Quarterhouse, we invite you to relax inside this immersive artwork, with a drink from the bar, and plan your visit with our exhibition guide or peruse a selection of Folkestone Triennial books, postcards, badges and Creative Folkestone tote bags for sale. 

Created with vertical gothic tree-like forms by multidisciplinary architectural practice, Studio Ben Allen, The Clearing is spacious and bright, giving the illusion of cathedral-like expanse, with floor to ceiling mirrors and windows.
