Breath and Water, Blood and Bones
Sorry, this event has sold out
Historian Lesley Hardy, doctor Sarah Montgomery and musician Grenville Hancox explore narratives around William Harvey, St Eanswythe and the circulation of breath, blood and myth in this ancient building.
Government guidelines permitting, we will have a presentation and singing demonstration, a singing workshop, a panel discussion, a look at the William Harvey Window, and first-hand experiences from the people who unearthed St Eanswythe’s bones.
We may also visit Patrick Corrillon's artwork On the Track of St Eanswythe's Waterway located at Bayle Pond Gardens in the break.
Chair: Joanna Labon
The event is free, however guests may give a donation to the Church.
Accessibility note: despite its age, the building is accessible. However, please be aware the churchyard paving is slightly uneven.
