This Wednesday the techno shaman himself James Holden will be bringing spellbinding soundscapes and raving on a higher plan to Quarterhouse.
On his new album, Imagine This Is a High-Dimensional Space of All Possibilities, James does just that. He imagines what could be possible in the world of techno and electronic music. Taking inspiration from birdsong to Moroccan instrumentalist this music takes you to new places.
“Setting the scene with the cosmic pulse and euphoric birdsong of the opener, this record feels more like a mixtape than a musical album, sucking you ever deeper into a hypnotic world of pulsing bass and blissful noise.” - Loud and Quiet Magazine
In celebration of his brand new album 'Imagine This Is A High Dimensional Space of All Possibilities' out 31st March via his own Border Community Recordings, electronic producer/DJ James Holden will be joining Melting Vinyl and Creative Folkestone Quarterhouse for this very special headline show. The album is the first since 2017's The Animal Spirits ("Dramatic, colourful and Holden’s fullest-sounding work yet" 9/10 Loud And Quiet).
