Join us in Folkestone for some Dancing in the Moonlight at Quarterhouse this November. That’s right, we will be partying with none other than 00’s indie legends Toploader.
This iconic British band will perform all your favourite hits and some new tracks. Toploader promises to deliver a performance that will have you dancing all night.
Toploader is closing in on One Billion streams across all platforms making them one of the UK’s most listened-to bands. After their busiest summer yet, performing at over 40 summer festivals, the band looks forward to an even bigger 2024.
It has been over 20 years since the release of their debut album Onka's Big Moka, which sold over two million copies and remained in the Top 5 of the UK album chart for over six months earning them 4 Brit Award nominations. The album featured a string of top 20 singles including the song that everyone knows, Dancing in the Moonlight.
Toploader has supported the likes of Paul Weller, Robbie Williams, Noel Gallagher, Counting Crows, Simple Minds and Bon Jovi, where they became the last British band to play the original Wembley Stadium. They have also appeared at many major festivals including Glastonbury, V-Festival and Reading.
Supporting Toploader will be Folkestone's very own The King Rooks. The King Rooks are a combination of big riffs, catchy melodies and huge choruses, all combining to create stadium sized rock! For fans of Indie, Post-Punk and Alternative Rock. New single 'Shower With My Clothes On' out on August 25th.
